We do not charge fees to Irish resident home buyers or switchers.
We are one of Ireland's leading mortgage advisers. We are an experienced team of qualified mortgage, life insurance and financial professionals. Our key role is to understand your needs and recommend the most suitable financial product to meet those needs.
Fees are payable in advance of case submission for the following mortgage categories:
Lenders pay us a mortgage arrangement fee/commission of 1% of the mortgage when the loan draws down. Our lenders include AIB Group (Haven Mortgages), Bank of Ireland, Permanent TSB, Avant Money, Nua Money and ICS.
Initial commission is the payment we receive from life insurers for recommending the most suitable product to meet your needs and for arranging the policy:

We also receive a small renewal commission each year, typically 3% of the annual life insurance premium. For example, if the annual policy cost is €300, we would receive a renewal commission of €9 per annum.
